Uganda Electricity Generation Company Limited (UEGCL) has secured funding for the supply of licenses and migration to Microsoft 365 and is inviting sealed bids from eligible bidders. The procurement will be conducted through open domestic bidding in line with the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act (Cap 205) and its Regulations.

Interested bidders can obtain and inspect bidding documents during official working hours upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000. Bids must be submitted by 11:00am on Friday, 20 February 2026, and must include a bid security of UGX 4,000,000, valid until 25 September 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted.

Bid opening will take place shortly after the submission deadline, and there will be no pre-bid meeting. The procurement process includes evaluation, award notification, and contract signing following statutory timelines. All procurement activities will be conducted at UEGCL offices in Bukoto, Kampala.
