UEGCL offers expert professional services for all types of hydropower development projects from Mini to Large development schemes, low to high head projects, run of the river to storage schemes, surface to subsurface development projects etc.
The backbone of UEGCL’s wealth of expertise and experience in the various fields of Engineering was accumulated through attachment of counterpart staff since the 1990s to the large and small projects such as the Owen Falls Extension Project (Kiira Power Station), the Uganda Hydro Power Master Plan Studies, Bujagali before take over by IPP, Karuma, Isimba, Muzizi, Nyagak and Ayago, participation in turbine and Hydraulic model testing for the various completed or on-going projects in Uganda.
