UEGCL Mentorship Program 2nd Cohort
On Friday 7th March 2025, the UEGCL Mentorship Program proudly unveiled its second cohort under the theme “Woman 2 Woman: Empower, Inspire, Elevate”, marking the start of a transformative journey dedicated to empowering women through growth, connection, and leadership.
This highly anticipated event, intentionally scheduled during International Women’s Month, brought together a vibrant group of aspiring individuals, pairing them with seasoned mentors who will guide and support them as they navigate their personal and professional growth.
Dr. Rachel, the keynote speaker, delivered an inspiring address, urging mentees to be
deliberate in shaping their futures and to actively contribute to the continued success and well being of UEGCL. As part of the program, participants will immerse themselves in enriching discussions, skill-building workshops, and valuable networking sessions, all designed to equip them with the tools to emerge as confident, inspired, and empowered leaders in their fields.
This initiative marks a proud celebration of Women’s Month, as we invest in nurturing the next generation of female leaders, empowering them to reach new heights and make a lasting impact.
